BilloTech · Billy Sorrells Entertainment

We build the tools we run on.

BilloTech is the technology side of BSE. One operating system, Billo OS, runs every room we work in: writing, production, capture, ticketing, crews and money. The toolkit below is free and runs in your browser: write, break down and budget a show, then cut, mix and design it. Make a free account and your work saves to BilloTech. Every app also answers to AI agents, so your assistant can create, save and open work right alongside you.

The toolkit

The whole studio. Free. In your browser.

Script to screen on one stack: Billo Draft, Script Analysis and Billo Budget for the page, then the Billo studio apps for photo, cut, motion, sound, design, office and CAD. No install, nothing to pay. Make a free account to save your work, and connect your agent to billysorrells.com/mcp so it can create and save in the same workspace.

The schematic

One brain. Many hands.

Billo OS is the only place decisions get made. Everything else either feeds it events or carries out its actions. The engine itself runs no AI. Models and bots are hands, never the brain, so the same input always gives the same result.

Teal lines carry events into the engine. Purple lines carry actions out to the hands. Everything lands in one database, so every screen shows the same truth.

Billo Dispatch · build plan

Deployment, not employment.

Billo Dispatch is the engine that moves work to people. Delivery fleets are first because the pain is daily and measurable: late routes, burned-out drivers, and no way for the fleet owner to bring in help from their own trusted bench. The same engine runs field crews and venue staff today.

OriginVersion one was a buildingThe Hive, and what we learned from it.

Where it started

Version one was a building.

The first map of this system was drawn for The Hive in Houston: a theater, podcast studios and a creators' guild under one roof, wired together as a hexagonal node system. Booking, media, equipment, sponsors, events and community, each one a cell.

The building taught us what breaks. Every failure became a feature, and the hive moved from one address into software that works in any room.

Studio partner beta

Run a slate on it. Shape it with us.

We're opening the Billo Binder and Billo OS to one studio partner as a private beta: their vertical slate runs on it from development to deployment, we build to their needs, and the finished system ships nationwide under both names. Schools of communication at HBCUs get it free.
